I went to Janine to help me purchase a 20 acre piece of property which brought with it a lot of unanswered questions regarding water rights , irrigation and verification of of promises made in the listing. Janine could of easily given me the names and numbers to people to call but she did all the leg work and follow up to get everything listed in writing. Had I had to do it’ I would never of purchased the property it was too overwhelming. She always had a great attitude and kept me going.
